Scope of the Division

Establishments division provides the essential services related all the Human Resource Management activities in the University.

The Establishments Division of the university is responsible for Recruitment, Promotion, training and all the activities pertaining to Academic and Non- Academic establishments. The following works are handling by this division.

• 1. Updating cadres of academic and non-academic staff, and forward to Ministry of Higher Education.
• 2. Recruitment, Confirmation, Promotion, training, retirement and other Human Resources development activities of the academic and non-academic staff.
• 3. Salary and wages administration.
• 4. To attend the Court Cases, attending departments if necessary to represent the University.
• 5. Performance appraisal review and processing.
• 6. Personnel data entry and maintenance of all the relevant records .
• 7. Implementing organizational policies.
